SCRUFF is testing a new feature that allows you to show you're available with a "Looking Now" status on your profile for one hour only. This feature is designed to help you connect with other users who are also available at the same time.
Additionally, you can view other users who are available on the new "Looking Now" grid. This will make it easier for you to find and connect with other users who are looking for the same thing.
Looking Now is currently being tested in Chicago, but we plan to make it available in other cities soon. Stay tuned for updates on our progress!
When you activate Looking Now, your online status is displayed differently.
When Looking Now is active, you'll see a purple tone label, a status dot
and outline on your profile and other profiles that are Looking Now. On profiles in your inbox, you will see just a purple status dot.
This helps make it easier for you to identify which profiles are actively looking for a connection now.
If Looking Now is available for your profile, head over to your account page and click on the "Try it Free" button under Looking Now.

You can easily keep track of your Looking Now status and remaining time by checking your account page. You'll see a countdown timer displayed there.
Once Looking Now has been activated, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for the 60-minute duration to expire.
