Disable, delete or restore your profile

1. Open SCRUFF and tap the Account icon.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Disable profile.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm.

2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Enable profile.

1. Open SCRUFF and tap the Account icon.
2. Tap Edit Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete profile.
4. Follow prompts to delete your profile.

Deleting your profile will delete your profile and remove it from your device; a deleted profile will be inaccessible from any device.

Please submit a SCRUFF Support request in SCRUFF or by tapping CONTACT US below. To expedite the profile deletion request, please provide the following when filling out the request form:

1. SCRUFF Profile Email Address and SCRUFF Profile Name of the profile you would like deleted.
2. If you have duplicate profile(s) that share the same email and profile name as profile(s) you would like to preserve, please be sure to clearly establish in the Description field which profile(s) you want deleted. For example:
• Describe (or attach) the profile photo
• Add the profile you would like deleted as a Favorite in the profile you would like to keep
3. If you do not recall the email address associated with the profile(s) you would like deleted, we may be able to locate them by looking up the devices the profile(s) are associated with. To do this, you will need to provide us the hardware ID(s) of your device(s) in the Description field.
