SCRUFF Pro subscription purchases made from iOS devices are managed by Apple under your Apple ID account. As a security measure, Apple prohibits app developers from accessing Apple ID accounts to in any way modify, credit, refund, or cancel a subscription. Once a subscription or credit purchase has been processed, SCRUFF can only confirm subscription status.
If you would like to confirm a SCRUFF Pro subscription or if it has expired and you would like to renew it, please see the details provided below:
GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Launch SCRUFF
- Tap Menu
- Select Manage SCRUFF Pro
- Select Manage subscription
- Tap Google Play from the pop-up
- Tap Subscriptions
- Locate and tap SCRUFF
- From this screen you can:
- View subscription details and history
- View subscription renewal date
- Deactivate auto-renewal
- Update your payment method
STRIPE SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Launch SCRUFF
- Tap MENU > Manage SCRUFF Pro
- Tap Manage Subscription
- Tap View Apple ID in the dialog box that appears *
- From this screen you can:
- View subscription details and history
- View subscription renewal date
- Deactivate auto-renewal
- Update your payment method
NOTE
- If the option to 'Deactivate' or 'Update payment' are not visible, this would indicate that auto-renewal has already been deactivated or your subscription has since expired
- Once a subscription has expired, it is not possible to renew it, you must select a new subscription plan from the Pro screen
IN SCRUFF
- Launch SCRUFF
- Tap the Pro button on the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Restore button in the top right corner
- Select Renew from the dialog
- When prompted with "Sign in" dialog, tap OK
- Sign in to iTunes Store with the password for your Apple ID listed
- You will be presented with a list of your subscription history for that Apple ID
- If your SCRUFF Pro subscription is Active, take a screenshot for support
- If your SCRUFF Pro subscription is Expired, select it to view Renewal options-- you can renew it by selecting a renewal option
IOS APP STORE
To view your iTunes subscriptions, tap the following link: View my subscriptions.
Or follow these steps:
- Go to iOS Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions
- A list of all of your active subscriptions will appear. Locate the your Scruff subscription in the list and tap it.
- If your SCRUFF Pro subscription is Active, take a screenshot for support
- If your SCRUFF Pro subscription is Expired, select it to view Renewal options-- you can renew it by selecting a renewal option
