SCRUFF Pro subscription purchases made on Android devices starting September 2016 are billed thru Stripe and can be managed directly within SCRUFF. Any SCRUFF Pro subscriptions purchases made prior to September 2016 are billed thru Google Wallet and are managed via Google Play.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the end of the subscription period you’ve selected. To turn off auto-renewal or manage your subscription, please follow the instructions below:
Subscriptions purchased from Android devices are processed via Stripe. To disable auto-renewal for your SCRUFF Pro subscription purchased via Google Play or Stripe:
Stripe subscriptions (new subscriptions)
- Launch SCRUFF.
- Tap Menu.
- Select Manage SCRUFF Pro.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Tap Deactivate.
- Confirm you wish to deactivate auto-renewal.
- Auto-renewal will be cancelled immediately, however your subscription will remain active until the "Expires at" date; this can be also confirmed by Status in your subscription details.
Google Play subscriptions (legacy subscriptions)
- Launch SCRUFF.
- Tap Menu.
- Select Manage SCRUFF Pro.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Tap Google Play from the pop-up.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Locate and tap SCRUFF.
- Tap Cancel.
- Confirm you wish to cancel your subscription.
- Auto-renewal will be cancelled immediately, however your subscription will remain active until the "Expires on" date shown in Google Play; this can be also confirmed by navigating to Google Play from Manage Subscription in SCRUFF.
NOTE
- If the deactivate button does not appear under your subscription details, auto-renewal may have previously been disabled
- If you previously purchased SCRUFF Pro via Google Play, you will be notified in SCRUFF to navigate to Google Play to view and manage your subscription

Subscriptions purchased on Android devices prior to September 2016 were processed via Google Play. You can can disable auto-renewal from the Google Play Store app on your device or your Play Store account from your computer.
To disable auto-renewal for your SCRUFF Pro subscription purchased via Google Play, you must go to the SCRUFF page on the Google Play Store app:
- Open the Play Store app.
- Select Menu.
- Select My Apps.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select your SCRUFF Pro subscription.
NOTE
If your subscription does not appear in your Play Store account, please confirm that are logged in with the same Google Account from which your subscription was purchased. Your active subscription information will appear near the top of the page with the option to allow you to cancel your subscription, if it has not already been canceled.
You can confirm subscription details and/or disable auto-renewal from your computer by signing in to your Google Play Store account and following these steps:
- Go to Google Play accounts.
- Log in with the Google account which you used to purchase SCRUFF Pro.
- Scroll down to subscriptions.
- Locate SCRUFF Pro.
- Here you can see when your subscription is set to renew or expire.
- Select Cancel subscription to disable auto-renewal (this cannot be undone).
NOTE
If the option to Cancel Subscription is not present, auto-renewal may have already been disabled.
