To retrieve your device ID and IP address for support requests, follow the details provided below.
Send Device ID
- Open SCRUFF and tap the Profile icon at the far-right end of the bottom menu bar.
- Tap Settings > Device > Send Device ID.
- Tap Copy.
Paste the copied device information in your reply to the SCRUFF support team or email it to yourself and then copy-paste it into the SCRUFF support web form.
