The email and password for your SCRUFF Support account may not be the same as your SCRUFF profile email and password as they are managed by different systems. Please see the information below for additional details on your SCRUFF Support profile and SCRUFF profile credentials. Please note that it is not necessary to log in to submit a support request.
For the best experience, we recommend using in-app Support in SCRUFF:
- Tap Settings > Contact SCRUFF support
NOTE: If you experience issues with your SCRUFF Support account password, you can still submit a ticket without logging in. Your request will be received and you will receive an email response with your ticket number.
