If you receive error 400 or 401 when opening the app or creating a profile, try clearing app data for SCRUFF in your device's settings:
- Locate the SCRUFF app icon on your home screen.
- Tap and hold the icon.
- Select App info from the context menu that appears.
- Tap Storage and then Clear storage or Clear data.
- After clearing the data, try opening SCRUFF and logging in or creating a profile again.
Submit a support request below if clearing app data does not resolve this issue.
NOTE Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not resolve this issue.
