ACESSAR A UMA CONVERSA DESDE UMA GRADE

• Android:  Mantenha apertado a miniatura, pois selecione Ver mensagens no menu que aparece
• iOS:  Mantenha apertado a miniatura do perfil

 

ENVIAR UMA MENSAGEM

1. Toque no ícone Texto  ou no campo para o teclado aparecer.
2. Escreva a sua mensagem.
3. Toque no ícone Enviar  quando você terminar.

Android

1. Toque no ícone Câmera  na barra de bate-papo.
2. Selecione Tirar uma foto.
3. Reveja antes de enviá-la.

iOS

1. Toque no ícone Câmera  na barra de bate-papo.
2. Toque uma foto na barra de bate-papo -ou- toque nas setas para tirar uma foto em modo tela enteira.
3. Reveja a foto no campo de texto -ou- repita o passo anterior para enviar várias fotos de uma vez.
4. Toque no ícone Enviar  quando você terminar.

 

1. Toque no ícone Álbum  na cima da tela do bate-papo.
2. Selecione a fonte:
   
   • TODAS AS FOTOS / ROLO DE CÂMERA - Mostra o conteúdo armazenado no seu aparelho
     • DICA: Toque o ícone Grade  para abrir o rolo da câmera (ou a galeria) no seu aparelho
   • RECENTE - As fotos que você enviou recentemente no bate-papo
     • Os membros usando a versão gratuita podem enviar as 2 fotos mais recentes, uma de cada vez
   • ÁLBUNS - A coleção dos álbuns que você criou e armazenou no SCRUFF
3. Toque para selecionar uma foto (na versão gratuita) ou até 10 photos (membros Pro).
4. Toque no ícone Enviar  quando você terminar.

 

DESDE A CÂMERA

Android

1. Toque no ícone Câmera  da barra de bate-papo.
2. Selecione Tirar uma foto.
3. Filme o seu vídeo usando os botões Gravar e Reproduzir.
4. Reveja e envie sua foto.

IOS 

1. Toque no ícone Câmera  da barra de bate-papo.
2. Selecione o ícone Vídeo.
3. Filme o seu vídeo usando os botões Gravar e Reproduzir.
4. Reveja o vídeo e toque Salvar. Seu vídeo será comprimido e inserido na barra de texto.
5. Toque no ícone Enviar  quando você terminar.

 

DESDE O ROLO DE CÂMERA OU OS ÁLBUNS SCRUFF

1. Toque no ícone Álbuns  na cima da tela do bate-papo.
2. Selecione a fonte (NOTA: Todos os vídeos são indicados pelo ícone "")
   • ROLO DE CÂMERA - Mostra o conteúdo armazenado no seu aparelho
     • DICA: Toque o ícone Grade  para abrir o rolo da câmera (ou a galeria) no seu aparelho
   • RECENTE - Os vídeos que você enviou recentemente no bate-papo
   • ÁLBUNS - A coleção dos álbuns que você criou e armazenou no SCRUFF
3. Selecione o vídeo e toque no ícone Enviar  quando você terminar.

1. Abra uma conversa.
2. Toque no ícone GIF  na barra do bate-papo.
3. Procure o GIF que você deseja enviar.
4. Selecione o GIF para enviá-lo na conversa.

1. Abra uma conversa.
2. Toque o ícone Localização  na barra de bate-papo.
3. Confirme sua localização atual -ou- selecione a localização onde você pretende encontrar o membro.
4. Toque no ícone Enviar  quando você terminar.

As Frases Frequentes te permitem começar conversas e trocar mensagens mais rapidamente! O SCRUFF aprende e sugere as frases que você usa mais (ao menos 3 vezes), é só tocá-la para enviá-las no bate-papo.

Tome nota que as Frases Frequentes não são iguais às sugestões automáticas no seu teclado, que sugere só palavras individuais.

Os membros assinados a Pro podem carregar o histórico completo de todas as conversas. As conversas que foram apagadas manualmente não serão mais disponíveis no histórico.

• Deslize para chegar à cima da grade Mensagens, pois tire na grade e solte (você verá um círculo se completar)

Para ir para a cima da grade:

• Android: Toque no ícone SCRUFF no canto superior esquerdo
• iOS: Toque na barra do sistema, onde fica a hora

Assim você pode apagar o histórico de mensagens que você trocou com um outro membro. Tome nota que a miniatura do membro ficará na grade Mensagens apesar das mensagens ser apagadas.

 

Android

• APAGAR UMA SÓ MENSAGEM VIA O BATE-PAPO

1. Enquanto você visualiza o bate-papo, toque no menu no canto superior direito.
2. Toque Apagar mensagem no menu que aparece
3. Toque OK para confirmar

• APAGAR UMA SÓ MENSAGEM VIA A GRADE

1. Enquanto você visualiza a grade Mensagens, mantenha apertado a miniatura da mensagem que você deseja apagar para o menu aparecer.
2. Selecione Apagar mensagens
3. Selecione Confirmar

• TODAS AS MENSAGENS

1. Enquanto você visualiza  a grade Mensagens:
• Mais Não Lidas > (se você deseja marcar as mensagens não lidas como lidas)
1. Toque no ícone ""
2. Confirme na janela que aparece
• Mais Recentes > (se você deseja apagar permanentemente* as mensagens lidas)
1. Toque no ícone da lixeira para apagar todas as mensagens lidas
2. Confirme na janela que aparece

*Ao apagar todas as mensagens lidas, cada mensagem será apagada permanentement e não pode ser restaurada.

 

iOS

• SINGLE MESSAGE VIA CHAT

1. While viewing the chat in question, tap More in the upper right corner
2. Tap Clear Messages in the menu that appears
3. Tap OK to confirm

• MULTIPLE MESSAGES VIA GRID (Message Clear Mode)
1. While viewing the Messages grid, tap: 
   • More Unread > (to mark all unread messages as read) -or-
   • More Recent > (to permanently* clear your read messages)
2. Tap  to enter 'Message Clear Mode' to select and clear multiple messages
3. Tap the thumbnail of the chat message you wish to clear
4. Tap Clear to confirm; the profile thumbnail will turn grey indicating the operation was successful
   • Repeat steps 3 and 4 to clear multiple messages
5. Tap < Recent to return to recent messages grid

• ALL MESSAGES
  1. While viewing the Messages grid, tap:
     • More Unread > (to mark all unread messages as read) -or-
     • More Recent > (to permanently* clear your read messages)
  2. Tap  to enter 'Message Clear Mode'
  3. To mark all messages as read, or to permanently clear all messages, tap 

*Clearing all 'Read' Messages permanently clears all read messages from your profile and cannot be undone.

Save to scruff album 

1. Tap the thumbnail preview of the photo, gif or video to view it in the chat gallery.
• Android: Press the MENU button on your device.
• iOS: Tap Options (upper-right corner)
2. Tap Save to Album to save to one of your SCRUFF albums
3. Tap Save to Device to save to your device albums

1. Tap the thumbnail preview of the photo, gif or video to view it in the chat gallery.
   
   • Android: Press the MENU button on your device.
   • iOS: Tap Options (upper-right corner)
2. Tap Save to Device to save to your device albums

Copy the contents of a text message

Long-press the chat bubble and select Copy from the context menu that appears.

 

Unsend messages

To unsend a message from within a conversation, please see the following steps:

• Chat text.  Tap the chat bubble and select  from the context menu and select OK from the confirmation menu that appears
• Photo, video, location or GIFs.  Tap the outside of the media thumbnail and select OK from the confirmation menu that appears

 

Delivery Confirmation & Undeliverable Messages

After sending a message, SCRUFF checks to see if it has reached the server. Once it reaches the server, a  will appear next to a message to confirm that it has been received and will be delivered to the recipient as soon as possible. At this time, there is no indicator to show that the recipient has received or read your message.

If the delivery confirmation check mark does not appear within a short period of time, a  will appear and the message bubble will turn red to indicate that the message could not be delivered. This means that the message was not able to reach our servers and is present ONLY on your device. You will also be notified of undeliverable messages by a notice. Tapping  presents the option to resend the message.

There are three primary causes of undeliverable messages:

• Your device does not have a viable WiFi or mobile data (3G / LTE / HSPA, etc.) connection
• There is an issue with the available route(s) between your WiFi network or mobile data provider and SCRUFF servers
• SCRUFF servers are experiencing a disruption, see Connection Errors for more details

 

SCRUFF  Enhancements

• View all previous conversations in your Messages grid. Up from the free limit of the 16 most recent conversations with no unread messages
• Video Messages. Send video messages
• View your full message histories. Up from the free limit of  the 25 most recently sent or received text & picture messages per conversation
• Un-deliver Messages. You can un-deliver messages previously sent within a chat
• Turn off Notifications while you sleep. Enable the Overnight setting to disable push notifications between the hours of 10PM and 8AM (local time)
• Send Recent photos quickly in chat. All sent photos will be cached and can be quickly accessed by tapping the Albums icon and selecting "Recent"-- send up to 10 photos at a time
• Save photos or videos to SCRUFF albums and device
• Mark all unread conversations as read
• Delete all conversations
