One method of interacting with other members is by rating your interest in meeting them. This is done via the member's profile details.

There are two possible interest ratings:

• Not for me
• I'm interested

What happens after I rate a profile?

If both members rate each other as “I'm interested”, the following message will be displayed:

• Congrats! You’re both interested in each other :-)
  

If either member has not rated their interest or has rated “Not for me”, the text under the rating buttons will not change.

All member ratings expire automatically 2 years after the initial rating. Once a rating expires, the selection will no longer be indicated on the member's profile, and any mutual match will no longer be listed in SCRUFF Match.
