Forgot profile email or password

Reset profile password

If you do not recall your profile email or password, you can reset it by accessing the password reset tool from the login screen in SCRUFF.

  1. In SCRUFF, tap Settings > Device > Switch Profile > Forgot Password
  2. Enter the email associated with your SCRUFF profile.
  3. Tap Reset Password.
  4. Please allow a few moments to receive your email with instructions and a link to reset your password. 
  5. Click the link in the email you receive.
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Click Change Password.
  8. Return to SCRUFF and complete the login process using your new password.

Update your profile password

If you are already logged in to SCRUFF, you can update your password in profile editor.

  1. In SCRUFF, tap Settings > Profile editor > Password
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Tap Done.
  4. Tap < or Save to save your new password and return to the grids.

Update your profile email

If you are already logged in to SCRUFF, you can update your email in profile editor.

  1. In SCRUFF, tap Settings > Profile editor > Email
  2. Enter your new email.
  3. Tap Done.
  4. Tap < or Save to save your new email and return to the browse tab.
