Issues with creating a new profile (Android)
If you are attempting to create a new SCRUFF profile but are unable to do so, there are several explanations why:
- Your device has already created the maximum number of profiles allowed (usually 10). If you receive this error message, please submit a support request, and our team will assist you in restoring a previous profile or creating a new one.
- If you see the login page immediately after downloading and launching SCRUFF, you will need to clear your app data in Android settings. Follow the instructions below:
1. Go to the Settings app on your device
2. Tap Apps (or Applications), then locate and tap SCRUFF
3. Tap Storage, then tap Clear Data
