1. Navigate to the Ping & DNS page on Google Play here.
2. Tap Install
3. Once Ping & DNS is installed, open it and follow the steps provided in the sections below.

1. Enter api.scruffapp.com in the field that says "Enter host name or IP". (Traceroute Img 1)
2. Tap 'Traceroute'. (Traceroute Img 1)
3. Check Show host names, Show ping times and enter "10" number of pings, tap OK; the test will initiate. (Traceroute Img 2)
4. As you approach the the 10th test is logged, tap the Share button and then See all. (Traceroute Img 3)
5. Select Copy to clipboard (Traceroute Img 4) and paste the test results in your ticket response.

1. Tap "Start" to return to main menu.
2. Enter api.scruffapp.com in the field that says "Enter host name or IP". (Ping Img 1)
3. Tap TCP in the section for Ping test options.
4. Enter '20' for the 'Number of pings', tap OK; the test will initiate. (Ping Img 2)
5. Once the test has completed, tap Copy to Clipboard (Ping Img 3) and paste the test results in your ticket response.
