SCRUFF Pro is disabled

SCRUFF Pro is disabled

When you purchase a Pro subscription (or when your subscription renews), the subscription features may not be enabled or may appear to have expired in SCRUFF.

If this is the case, you can attempt to restore your active subscription. Select the store which you purchased your SCRUFF Pro subscription and follow the steps to restore your subscription:

The Apple servers that process in-app subscription purchases and renewals occasionally approve a transaction but fail to notify SCRUFF. If Pro is not active on your profile, you can try restoring your purchase:

  1. Launch SCRUFF
  2. Tap Pro in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap Restore in the top-right corner
  4. Select Restore from the dialog
  5. Enter your Apple ID and password if prompted
  6. If SCRUFF is able to obtain your subscription details via Apple servers, the SCRUFF color accents will transition to red, with the message "Thank you for subscribing!"

NOTE

  • SCRUFF Pro can only be active on one profile at any given time. Sharing of the same Apple ID for multiple profiles is not supported and may cause issues with your profile being transferred from one profile to the other.
  • The above process will only work for ACTIVE SCRUFF Pro subscriptions.
  • If you are trying to renew a previously expired subscription, please renew your previous subscription via your Apple ID (Tap Pro > Restore > Renew to access your Apple ID subscriptions).

If you are still experiencing issues activating your SCRUFF Pro subscription after following the above steps, please submit a support request in SCRUFF for assistance.

The Google servers that process in-app subscription purchases and renewals occasionally approve a transaction but fail to notify SCRUFF. You can restore your Google Play subscription provided you have an active subscription with Google Play.

  1. Launch SCRUFF
  2. Tap MENU (three horizontal lines at top-left)
  3. Select Upgrade to SCRUFF Pro
  4. Tap MENU (3 dots at top-right)
  5. Tap Restore Google Play subscriptions
  6. Confirm Restore
  7. Once complete, press back to completely exit SCRUFF
  8. Launch SCRUFF again

NOTE

  • Android device settings may vary slightly by Android version installed and device manufacturer. As a result, the above steps may vary slightly for your specific device.
  • The above process will only work for currently active SCRUFF Pro subscriptions.
  • If you are trying to renew a previously expired subscription, please select a new subscription package and re-subscribe.

If you are still experiencing issues activating your SCRUFF Pro subscription after following the above steps, please submit a support request in SCRUFF for assistance.
