Switch between metric and imperial units on iOS devices

The unit system used by default in SCRUFF is determined by the Region setting of your device. To change it, you can change your iOS device's Region setting to one that uses the unit system of your choice or you change these settings only for SCRUFF in the app.

 

iPhone or iPad Settings

  1. Go to the device main screen (Home button)
  2. Open the Settings app
  3. Tap General
  4. Tap Language & Region
  5. Tap Region
  6. Locate and select a region that uses Imperial units (e.g. United States) or metric units (e.g. United Kingdom)
  7. If SCRUFF is open, you will need to relaunch SCRUFF using iOS multitasking.

SCRUFF Settings

  1. Launch SCRUFF
  2. Open the Settings menu
  3. Scroll down and select App Preferences
  4. Select Unit Type
  5. Scroll to choose between Metric or USA and press Done
  6. Exit the Profile Editor to save your changes
  7. For the change to take full effect you will need to relaunch SCRUFF using iOS multitasking.
