Transfer (restore) SCRUFF Pro

Your SCRUFF Pro subscription purchases are manged by Google Play or Stripe for purchases made on Android or the App Store for purchases made on iOS.

A SCRUFF Pro subscription can only be active on one profile at any given time. Using the steps below, your Pro subscription can be transferred to another profile of your choice.

 

Android Devices (Google Play purchases)

To transfer your SCRUFF Pro subscription from one profile to another, please follow the steps below:

  1. Launch SCRUFF.
  2. Tap Menu to confirm you are logged in to the profile you wish to transfer your Pro to.
  • If you are not logged in to the desired profile, you can switch profiles: Settings > Device > Switch Profile > Log in
  • Navigate to Menu
  • Tap Upgrade to SCRUFF Pro
  • Tap Menu (3 dots)
  • Tap Restore Google Play subscriptions
  • Tap Restore to confirm
  • You should receive a restore completed
  • Tap OK to confirm and apply SCRUFF Pro to this profile
  • NOTE: 

    • Subscriptions that are managed via your Google account / Google Play can only be transferred in SCRUFF on an Android device. If you now use an iOS device, please contact SCRUFF Support to manually transfer your subscription
    • Error: "Google Play does not report any currently active SCRUFF Pro subscriptions"
      • Confirm you are logged in with the Google Account in which you purchased your SCRUFF Pro subscription

     

    Android Devices (Stripe purchases)

    If you wish to transfer a subscription that is managed by Stripe. Please contact us via in-app Support (Menu > Contact SCRUFF Support) to have your subscription transferred manually.

     

    iOS Devices (App Store purchases)

    To transfer your SCRUFF Pro subscription from one profile to another using an iOS device, please follow the steps below:

    1. Launch SCRUFF.
    2. Tap Settings to confirm you are logged in to the profile you wish to transfer your Pro to.
    • If you are not logged in to the desired profile, you can switch profiles: Settings > Device > Switch Profile > Log in
  • Tap Pro in bottom navigation bar.
  • Tap Restore (top-right corner), then Restore again in the menu that appears.
  • A pop-up window titled "Restore Complete" will confirm that the Pro subscription has been transferred.
  • NOTE: 

    • Subscriptions that are managed via your Apple ID / iTunes can only be transferred in SCRUFF on an iOS device. If you now use an Android device, please contact SCRUFF Support to manually transfer your subscription
    • Error: "Apple does not report any currently active SCRUFF Pro subscriptions"
      • Confirm you are logged in with the Apple ID in which you purchased your SCRUFF Pro subscription
