Unable to create profile (error 400/401)

If you receive error 400 or 401 when opening the app or creating a profile, try clearing app data for SCRUFF in your device's settings:

  1. Locate the SCRUFF app icon on your home screen.
  2. Tap and hold the icon.
  3. Select App info from the context menu that appears.
  4. Tap Storage and then Clear storage or Clear data.
  5. After clearing the data, try opening SCRUFF and logging in or creating a profile again.

Submit a support request below if clearing app data does not resolve this issue. 

NOTE  Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not resolve this issue.
