Q. Does it cost anything to access my profile on a new device?

No.

Q. I started using SCRUFF on a new device, and now I have a duplicate profile in my Nearby grid. What do I do?

The presence of a duplicate profile in your Nearby grid indicates that you are not using your original profile. If you wish to access your original profile on your new device, see this article. To delete the duplicate profile, please refer to this article.

Q. Is there a limit to how many devices I can have the same profile logged in to?

No. You can share your profile across as many devices as you like.

Q. I have two profiles. I want to keep my new profile, but there are messages, favorites, etc. in my original profile that I would like moved over. Is it possible to “merge” profile content?

No. You must decide which profile you wish to move forward with. We recommend that you delete the profile you no longer wish to use. Please refer to this article.

Q. I subscribed to a Pro feature on my iOS device, and I want to access my profile on an Android device. What happens to my purchases?

Your Pro subscriptions and credits travel with your profile and will be enabled / available on your Android device once you log in to it. Your Pro subscriptions enable the same functionality in SCRUFF for both iOS and Android. Credits, however, function differently in SCRUFF for Android--they are used to purchase Pro features. If you are permanently switching to an Android device, you will need to cancel auto-renewal of your Pro subscriptions via your Apple ID / iTunes account.** Once you have cancelled auto-renew, we recommend you wait until the current month of Pro features expires before you purchase credits and use them to buy Pro features on your Android device.

** IMPORTANT: Please note that we DO NOT have the ability to cancel subscriptions in SCRUFF for iOS. In-app subscriptions in iOS are managed via your iTunes account / Apple ID, which we cannot access.  To cancel your subscriptions, you must follow the steps in this article.
